So members wanted the forum and we put one together but no one posts. It made me think, are people not posting because it's only available to members?
So I've decide to open it up to the public instead of just members. I'll be monitoring it for weird stuff.

City of Portland Moto-Scooter Forum

Motorcycle/Scooter Forum - Thursday, 12 July, 7-8:30 p.m.

Now that Portland has created an official Motorcycle and Scooter Citizen's Advisory Committee, it's time to join your fellow riders for a townhall discussion on riding in Portland and Oregon. If you have concerns or suggestion on how to improve the "State of Riding" in Portland, this is the night to have your voice heard.

Guests include representative from the Governor's Advisory Committee on Motorcycle Safety, Team Oregon, Oregon Motorcycle Road Racing Association, and the Portland Police Motorcycle Detail. The evening will also include a call for recruits to sit on the committee - we'll have applications handy!

Washington Ride for Charity

Ride through scenic Whatcom County including Highway 9 and up famous Chuckanut Drive to benefit poverty-stricken youth. If your club is interested in riding for a good cause please read the attached information about the Rebound Run, also if you want to find out more about us or the event you can go to www.reboundwc.org. You may also download the Motorcycle Run’s registration.

Sign up today for the FREE Intro to Motorcycling Seminar scheduled for July 22nd 2007 at 8am.

The WPR mission is to welcome women into the sport and enhance their knowledge of motorcycling culture, maintenance, bike fit, riding performance, and gear. The shop is open only to WPR participants during this event 8-10:30AM.

Sunday's Ride... Waldport-Newport June 24

Howdy WOWSTERS,

We'll be riding our motorbutens this Sunday June 24 from Wilsonville's Holiday Inn next to the gas station off I-5 taking the right exit headed south from Portland. Wheels in Motion at 8am, bladders empty. Read the group riding guidelines posted on our website womenoftherivers.org and will go over any questions before we head out. It'll be an all-day ride down to Albany, out Hwy 34 through Alsea to Waldport then Hwy101 up to Newport. We'll talk about the route back at lunch in Newport.
